Aidaya2 (あいだや2) is the 10th establishment in the renowned Koike ramen group, founded by Masumi Mizuhara who started with Ramen Koike in 2013. The shop opened on March 26, 2025 near Naka-Okachimachi Station in the Ueno area as a sister store to the original Aidaya tsukemen shop. Unlike the original's tsukemen focus, Aidaya2 serves ramen built on a pork bone and chicken base infused with mackerel, bonito, and niboshi dried sardines, reconstructed through modern techniques into a nostalgic-style Chinese noodle soup. The signature dish is the ebi (shrimp) wonton noodle featuring hand-wrapped shrimp wontons. The Koike group is famous for its Michelin recognition, with Ramen Koike holding Bib Gourmand for 7 consecutive years.

ตลกชื่อร้าน มันคือร้านในเครือ Koike ที่เปิด Aidaya อยู่ตรง Ueno และเปิดอีกร้านชื่อ Aidaya2 ใกล้ๆ กันเป็นอีกคอนเซป เหมือนแบบขี้เกียจคิดชื่อ เติม 2 ไปละกัน ฮา ราเมนที่นี่มันเป็นแนว Chuka Soba ที่เด่นนิโบชิ มาแนว Natsuya หน่อยๆ ใครชอบนิโบชิ มาลองดูได้ แต่สำหรับผมคือห้ามเทียบกับ Natsuya เจ้านั้นโหดจริง เทียบปุ๊บร้านนี้จะดรอปไปเลย ทั้งๆ ที่ก็ไม่ได้แย่นะ ใกล้จุดนิยมคนไทยด้วย ตรง Ueno เลย
