Chuka Soba Fukamidori is a second brand of the legendary Chuka Soba Yotsuba (四つ葉). It opened in 2020 originally as a temporary location during COVID-19 to reduce crowding at Yotsuba, but became a permanent separate establishment so the owner could explore favorite ingredients without being constrained by the Yotsuba brand. The menu features four distinctive ramen types: kuro dashi (black broth), shiro dashi (white broth), Rausu kombu with salmon bushi, and premium bonito ramen. Despite being located 60 minutes on foot from the nearest station, the shop draws long daily queues. It earned a Tabelog rating of 3.94 and was selected for Tabelog Ramen EAST Tabelog 100 in 2024.
