The restaurant specializes in refined chicken chintan made from Oyama chicken from Tottori Prefecture and duck, with the duck providing distinctive natural sweetness. The shop name references the character Rindaman (Hayashida Megumi) from the manga 'Crows.' The Shinjuku Sanchome honten is the flagship, with the chain expanding to over a dozen branches. INGS also operates the acclaimed Niboshi Chuka Soba Suzuran.

ไม่ได้กินร้านนี้มา 5 ปี กลับมาอีกที มันก็ยังเป็นร้านกินง่าย แต่อร่อยเกินทำเลไปมากจริงๆ มันอยู่ใจกลางชินจุกุสุดๆ แบบถ้าไม่รู้จักคงคิดว่าเป็นร้าน tourist แต่ไม่นะ มันดีเลย อร่อยเลย แบบใครมาเดินเล่นชินจุกุ อยากกินราเมนดีๆ ฝากท้องร้านนี้ได้สบายๆ (มีสาขาอื่นด้วยนะ เสิร์ชดูได้)
