Ramen Jazzy Beats is the third shop in the 'Beats' family created by owner Takuro Yanase, who also works as DJ YANASE, naming each shop after a music genre. The shop opened on August 11, 2024 in the Nakameguro elevated railway arcade. Jazzy Beats specializes in 'tori-nibo' (chicken-niboshi) ramen, combining creamy free-range chicken broth with multiple varieties of dried sardines. The salt and shoyu variations showcase the interplay between the creamy chicken base and assertive dried fish notes. Ramen Break Beats, the original flagship, holds a spot in the Michelin Guide Tokyo.

อีกร้านจาก Break Beats รอบนี้มาใกล้เคียงเดิม เพิ่มเติมคือ Niboshi …ชามนี้คือ Shoyu Niboshi ซึ่งเอาจริง ผมชอบมากเลยนะ เพราะด้วยการที่โปรดปรานนิโบชิเป็นการส่วนตัว และร้านนี้ก็ทำมาลงตัว บาลานซ์ดี กินไม่ยาก แต่ก็ไม่ได้อ่อนจนปลาตายหมด ฮา ไปง่าย ไม่ต้องจอง แต่ถ้าจองก็ได้ลัดคิวหน่อย ชิวเลย
