Jyunteuchi Daruma opened on March 1, 2018 near Nakano-Fujimicho Station, founded by Yuji Sato who trained for approximately four years at the legendary Menya Shichisai. The shop name references both Sato's stocky physique from his rugby days and the 'fall seven times, rise eight' proverb. Every bowl features noodles hand-kneaded and cut to order after the customer places their request. The signature shoyu ramen is limited to 90 bowls per day. The restaurant was selected for Tabelog's Ramen 100 Tokyo in 2025.
