Komuro, known formally as Shina Soba Komuro, is celebrated for its exceptional wonton noodles. The restaurant takes a nearly entirely homemade approach: noodles, wontons, chashu, menma, and virtually all components are prepared in-house. Each bowl features five delicate wontons with smooth, thin skins wrapping ginger-scented minced pork. The clear chintan broth lets the handmade toppings shine. The shop draws long queues for what many consider some of Tokyo's finest wonton noodles.
