ร้านของดีนอกกระแส ดูรูปก็รู้แล้วว่าต้องอร่อย ซึ่งอร่อยจริงๆ เป็นโชวยุที่กลม บาลานซ์ มีความเป็นสายนิวเวฟเบาๆ แต่ก็ไม่ได้เข้าใจยาก ในร้านมีเวอร์ชันไก่เน้นๆ กับ ไก่ x นิโบชิ ชามนี้กินไก่เน้นๆ ก่อน ยังมีกลิ่นจางๆ รอบหน้ามีโอกาสคงจะไปซ้ำอีกตัว

Menpeki Kunen ('nine years facing the wall,' from a Chinese proverb about perseverance) opened in 2020 in Iogi by chef Ishioka Fumihito. Ishioka entered ramen at 28 and coincidentally opened in his ninth year, perfectly matching the name. He previously served as store manager at Ramen Hayashida in Shinjuku. The signature 'Special Chuka Soba' features dashi from brand-name chicken combined with multiple varieties of iriko and vegetables. His philosophy centers on drawing out natural deliciousness rather than masking flavors.
