MENSHO Sakura is part of the MENSHO group founded by ramen creator Shono Tomoharu, who opened his first shop in Ichigaya in 2005. Shono possesses over 800 original recipes and has built the group into an international operation spanning 30 stores across 6 countries. He served as guest chef at Twitter's headquarters. MENSHO Sakura focuses on gyokai, miso, and tonkotsu preparations. Shono's approach is highly creative, combining traditional Japanese techniques with global influences.
