เมื่อวานลง wontonmen อิตโตะก็ทำให้นึกถึงตอนไปตามล่าหมี่้เกี๊ยวญี่ปุ่น ร้านนี้ไม่ดังมาก เรทติ้งไม่เลว ทำกันสองคนลุงป้า ร้านบ้านๆ ตู้กดยังไม่มี รสชาติคือสไตล์คลาสสิคสุดจัย หมี่้เกี๊ยวยุคเก่าจีนๆ ที่ไม่ค่อยชอบเท่าไหร่ ฮ่าๆ แต่บรรยากาศได้

Menya Hayashimaru was founded in 2004 in Koenji by Hayashi Makoto, who trained at Kazuya in Meguro, inheriting the Tantantei-lineage wonton ramen tradition. The two-pillar concept -- tsukemen and wonton noodles -- has remained unchanged for over 18 years. In June 2022, second-generation owner Arima Naoto took over. The signature mix wonton-men features both shrimp and pork wontons in a clear, balanced soup.
