Men Takahashi is a small, solo-operated ramen shop in Akabane, opened in March 2000. Located between Akabane and Akabane-Iwabuchi stations, the shop is known for its generous portions and sells out early -- operating only about three hours per day until the soup runs out, drawing long lines of loyal regulars.
