Menya Sign opened in 2021 in Gotanda. The name '彩音' is read as 'Sign' in homage to the Mr. Children song. Owner Hatakeyama built the menu by studying under multiple masters: Sakurai for shoyu, Yatagarasu for shio, and Tsukihi for niboshi abura soba. A staff member came from Ganko Honten. The signature tori-shio ramen features chicken and pork chashu marinated in salt koji. The restaurant received Michelin Bib Gourmand 2022.
